Bride's Responsibilities
We ask that a list of attendant's names, contact information and their order information be provided (download Bridesmaid Confirmation PDF) to enable us to follow up with your attendants and ensure correct placement of the order. Please note it is your responsibility to update us if there are any changes.

In order to avoid dye lot variations, the order will be placed with the manufacturer once we receive all of the attendant's order forms and payments. Attendant's dresses may take as long as 16 to 18 weeks to produce. We recommend placing the order for your attendant's dresses at least 6 months prior to your wedding date to ensure time for alterations. Quicker deliveries are available for an additional fee.

How to Measure
We recommend having your measurements taken by a seamstress or tailor. Measurements should be taken while wearing the undergarments you plan to wear with your gown. Please refer to the Bridesmaid Order Form for instructions on how to measure. Please note that we are not responsible for measurements taken by others.

Use the manufacturers size charts provided to select the proper size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, it is recommended that you choose the larger size. It is much easier to take a garment in than it is to let it out. Bridal apparel is made on a smaller size chart than ready to wear garments. It is not unusual to order one or two sizes larger than your normal dress size. Garments are not custom made to the measurements you provided and usually require alterations to fit properly. Alterations are available for a nominal fee. Prices may increase if extra length or plus-sizes are needed.

Payment
We accept Checks, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. Please contact us at 703.370.8922 to provide credit card payment. Full payment is required from each attendant before the order will be placed. The bride will be notified when the dresses have arrived. Exchanges, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once the order has been initiated with Katherine's Bridal Boutique.

Shipping
Garments can be shipped via UPS within the continental U.S. for an additional fee of $25. We require written confirmation of the address that you would like the box delivered to. It is your responsibility to notify us if the shipping address has changed. For residential delivery, UPS will leave the package at your door. If you do not want the package left at your doorstep UPS offers a Signature Required Delivery for an additional fee. (It will require someone to be home to sign for the package) We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
